INFRASTRUCTURE

The institution is established in the year 1970. It is the first women’s college in the Marathawada region, which was the need of the time. The Institution spreads over the 07 acres of land, situated in the heart of the city. It has well furnished classrooms, Laboratories, Library, LCD, Internet facility for students and faculty which is available in Library, Computer lab, office, and in the Language Lab.

Classrooms:

the institution has well furnished 18 classrooms which meet the requirement of the students, 2 classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors and 1 is movable Projector

Laboratories:

There are 05 laboratories: 3 for Home science, 1for Psychology, and 1for computer lab with the required equipments. LAN facility for Computer and Language lab is available.

Language lab:

A well equipped English language lab with 21 Computers is available for the teaching and learning of the English language. ORELL Software has used in the language lab.

Multi-Gym:

A well equipped gymnasium for sports is available for Table Tennis, Carom, and Chess.

Library:

Central Library is having good collection of printed as well as e-resources. Separate reading rooms for students and faculty.

Girls Hostel:

Hostel facility is available for the girl students with the capacity of 96 beds and Mess facility and visitor’s room is also available.

CCTV surveillance:

The CCTV`s are installed in the Hostel, College, Library and the entire premises of the institution for the safety purpose.

Computing Facilities:

Total 70 Computers and 3 Separate lines for FTTP Internet connectivity up to 50 MBPS is available. Internet facility with LAN is in office, in Language lab, in Library and in the computer lab. There are 03 LCD projectors for teaching and learning. 2 Scanners, 2 network Printers and 5 laser jet printers.

Other facilities:

Generator facility for uninterrupted power supply, solar energy panels, sanitary Napkin Vending machine, Ladies room, Purified drinking Water, and fire extinguishers are also available
